Ned Vizzini is my favorite author of all time. Some of his most popular books include “Be More Chill” and the recently film adapted “It’s Kind of a Funny Story”. His writing style is really appealing to me because he goes into detail about every little thing, but in an unusual way. He mostly writes teenager-related books and he is able to describe things in a ‘one size fits all’ way. He goes on a rant about something and it’s like “woah that’s true….” after every sentence.  His books never cease to keep me interested and every time I pick one up, even if I’ve read it before, I can’t stop reading. Here is an excerpt from his book “It’s kind of a funny story”:  (one of my favorites!)
"The absolute worst part of being depressed is the food. A person's relationship with food is one of their most important relationships. I don't think your relationship with your parents is that important. Some people never know their parents. I don't think your relationship with your friends are important. But your relationship with air-that's key. You can't break up with air. You're kind of stuck together. Only slightly less crucial is water. And then food. You can't be dropping food to hang with someone else. You need to strike up an agreement with it."

Lance Armstrong

Lance Armstrong is a well known and very well-accomplished cyclist and marathoner. The guy is a total stud. But to me, the seven Tour De France victories aren't even the most impressive part about the dude. His ability to find any way to work out every day is what is truly inspiring. He is constantly on the road but manages to stay in amazing shape. In recent interviews, he tells about his strategy to find a hotel with a pool, enough room space for ab workouts and a nice course for running or cycling somewhere close. Many people look for excuses for why they can't workout, while Lance is constantly on the hunt for a way to get moving and stay active.

I want to work out, but i just dont feel like it....

A good run is probably the easiest and most common form of exercise, but lets be honest, running every day can get a little boring.. The same motions along the same paths can turn into a task that will be dreaded as you keep repeating it. Thankfully, there are a lot of other forms of exercise, especially in the cardiovascular category. So no excuses now. No, "I run all the time its boring so I'll skip today", nope! grab a bike, put on some boxing gloves, or un tangle your jump rope. change things up and you will be in greater shape than you every thought possible, without just going through the motions.
